1. What is M-Express?
M-EXPRESS is the first ever door-to-door magazine
delivery service in the Philippines. It is the
convenient way to order magazines anytime and anywhere
you are in the country. You can place subscriptions or
order per title allowing you the flexibility to control your budget.
2. How to create an
account?
2.1 Click on the “Register” button and fill-out the
Registration Form. MExpress will then send an
e-mail that you
will verify to activate your account.
2.2 Check your email and click the link to validate
your application. You will be directed to the
MExpress homepage
upon verification.
2.3 Enter your username and password and click on the
“Log-in” button.
2.4 You can now order magazines.
3. How to order magazine/s?
Feel free to select or browse the title/s you want to
order. On the product page, you have the option to
choose a single issue, 1 year or 2 years subscription depending on the title
then click the “Add to Cart” button. Upon clicking, you
will be directed to the page list of your order for
review and proceed to checkout. You will be then asked
to sign-in and fill-out the billing and shipping
address. After filling-out the form, you will be asked to pay using any of the
3 payment options provided. Upon confirmation of
payment, your order will be processed.
4. When will I receive my
subscription?
Your order will be processed upon confirmation of
payment. The actual delivery date of your first issue
depends on how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published and when the
next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the
publisher. For subscription and single order, you will
receive the first issue within 24 - 48 hours for current titles except for
Summit Media magazines which has a 4 – 12 weeks
processing time. Be assured that these are standard
industry lead times.
5. What do I do if I need to
renew my existing subscription?
On the product page you will see "Type of Subscription"
with a drop down menu with the choices of Single, 1
year or 2 years. All you need to do is chose the correct one. Some
magazines are only available for new subscribers and
will not have the renewal option.
6. Can I get a refund if I
change my mind?
Since we remit all fees directly to the publishers at
the time of your order, we are unable to refund any
magazine order purchases.
7. What form of payment do you
accept?
You have 3 options to pay.
a. Credit Card – We accept all major credit cards.
b. Bank Payment – Deposit the total purchase amount to
any RCBC or BDO branch.
c. LBC Branch Payment – Pay in cash through any LBC
branch near you.
8. Is there a shipping or
handling fee?
Currently, we offer free shipping for selected titles.
There is no additional charge for delivery unless
otherwise noted.
9. Do you offer
international delivery?
Yes, we can deliver worldwide. However,
only selected countries are posted on the website such
as Australia, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, USA, Thailand, Singapore, Hongkong,
Malaysia, Brunei, Taiwan and Japan. For other
countries, you may call us at (+632) 852-0000.
10. How much do

issues?
Yes we sell back issues on selected magazine titles.

for other people?
Yes, as long as the address is deliverable by standard
mail.
